• Management and sending of the newsletter with information about events, bootcamps and content related to entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence.
• Communication of events and bootcamps organized by AI Founders.
• Statistical analysis of website usage through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to improve the user experience.

3. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), granted when subscribing to our newsletter, registering for our events, or accepting analytics cookies on our website.

4. Data retention

• Newsletter data: Retained as long as you do not request unsubscription.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics records are kept for a maximum period of 26 months.

5. Recipients

• Email marketing tools: We use email marketing services with servers located in the EU to send communications.
• Google Analytics 4: Navigation data is processed by Google LLC. Google complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.

6. Data subject rights

You have the right to:
