AI Leaders

AI doesn't transform your organization. The people who learn to build with it do.

We design applied AI learning experiences for companies, educational institutions and founders.

Where we want to get to

Picture an organization where AI is in the hands that do the work.

    • The marketing team prototypes the landing page in the same meeting where it gets decided.
    • Operations automates its own workflow without opening an IT ticket.
    • An internal consultant builds the tool they need in two afternoons.
    • The teacher doesn't explain AI — they build with AI in front of their students.

    Three areas of impact

Every organization starts from a different point.

We work with three very different profiles. The AI they need is the same. How we bring it to them isn't.

    01

    AI Literacy

Get your organization off the sidelines with AI.

    For: Companies, corporations, leadership teams.

The first step isn't a tool. It's an honest conversation about what's actually happening with AI in your organization — and what could be happening if your people knew where to start. We work with full teams, middle management and executive committees to unlock real adoption.

    • Committees that stop arguing over “whether” and start arguing over “what to prioritize.”
    • Middle managers who spot the 5 processes in their own work where AI actually changes their day.
    • Whole departments that move from curiosity to their first internal prototype.
    02

    Build With AI

Teaching AI means teaching people to build with AI.

For: Business schools, universities, vocational training, bootcamps.

AI education can't keep being theory about tools that change every week. We design modules, full courses and teacher-training programs where students walk away with a built product, not a set of notes.

    • Faculty who master the tools before ever stepping into the classroom.
    • Modules where the final exam is a working MVP.
    • Vocational programs that hook students because they're building from week one.
    03

    Launch With AI

The bridge between your idea and your first customer.

For: Founders, independent professionals, innovation teams.

For people who don't want to learn AI — they want to launch. We help individuals and micro-teams turn an idea into a paying product, using the same methodology that has already built 30+ MVPs at the AI Founders Tour.

    • Non-technical founders with a live product in under 8 weeks.
    • Professionals who launch on their own without depending on a developer.
    • Internal innovation teams that stop piloting and start shipping.
    Our method

We don't run trainings. We design processes.

Every area needs a different format. What never changes is how we design it.

    We listen

Before proposing anything, we understand what's happening in your context. Every organization arrives from a different starting point.

    We design

We adapt the format — we don't recycle templates. Duration, scope and deliverables are defined together with you.

    We build

The experience ends with something done. A product, a prototype, a real adoption plan. Not a certificate.

That's why we don't publish pricing on this page. Every conversation starts by listening.

    What we've already built

We don't talk about potential. We talk from experience.

    Start the conversation

Tell us what's happening in your organization.

You don't need it all figured out. Write to us, we'll set up a 30-minute call, and decide together if it's worth continuing the conversation.

We reply personally within 48 hours.

We don't share your information. We won't add you to any list. We only reply to your message.

    Frequently asked questions

What we usually hear before getting started.

Because price depends on scope, and scope depends on the conversation. A 4-hour module for a leadership team doesn't cost the same as an 8-week program for an entire cohort. We talk it through on the first call.

We're based in Madrid, but we've run sessions in Valencia, Barcelona and we're opening more cities. For corporate or institutional programs, we travel wherever needed.

The Tour is the community — open events where non-technical founders build their own MVPs. AI Leaders is the professional arm: we bring the same methodology into organizations that want to adopt it internally.

Both. AI Literacy is more of a training experience. Build With AI is educational-experience design. Launch With AI is closer to hands-on product support. We figure out what fits on the first call.

Yes. Especially on AI Literacy and Build With AI. We have experience with formal education (vocational training, university) and territorial programs.

It depends on the scope. A single session can be designed in 2 weeks. A full program takes 4-8 weeks from the first call to the first session.
